In more immediate plans, we head out for Tulum in just under two weeks. We will be there for 5 days and then will be in Merida for 3. Very much looking forward to this trip and will post photos when we get back.
In Merida we will be staying at the charming looking Luz en Yucatan, we'll see if it lives up to it's web site. I will let you know that as well.
