The Rose City
Portland is one of our favorite cities and we have been there many times over the past five years. It has a similar laid back feel as hour home town of Seattle, but is just a little bit funkier.
Whenever we're in Portland, we invariably stay at one of the hotels run by McMenamins. Our favorite is the Edgefield (in fact we like it so much we got married there). We have also enjoyed staying at the Kennedy School, and are looking forward to the new downtown hotel opening so we can take the train down.
